RE: ACCOUNT EMAIL CHANGE & DVD / CD BURNER STILL NOT WORKING

My account associated email needs to be changed

My OLD EMAIL was punch0555@yahoo.com

My NEW EMAIL should be solo_steve@yahoo.com

My DVD / CD BURNER is still not working after eight (8) days.  Can you please send the update fix you promised two (2) days back directly to the update section on my RealPlayer as you have with all updates in the past?  Please advise as to how I am to proceed.  Thank you for your time with this

  As requested, we changed the email address to solo_steve@yahoo.com. You can sign into RealPlayer with solo_steve@yahoo.com.

  With regards to your DVD issue, this was because of a faulty Windows update. 

  According to Microsoft's official documentation:

   

                                     KB Number             Release Date

  Problematic update:   KB5124010            September 22, 2026

  Fix update:                 KB5127648            October 13, 2026

   

  So please make sure you the Windows update KB5127648 installed
