Trouble uploading these videos

Why cant i upload my realplayer videos to share??? Please explain how to do this in detail. I've tried everything.

  We see you have an active RealPlayer Plus v.20. With RealPlayer Plus, you get 1GB of Cloud storage. Whenever you share a video or photo, these files are actually stored in the Cloud and the link to the Cloud storage where the file is stored is sent to the person(s) you are sharing. However, we see that you still have the full 1GB Cloud storage available. 

  Please note: You won't be able to share any video that is longer than 20 mins long.

  All of this said, can you please let us know how you are trying to share? What error you get when you do so?
