Realplayer won't move on to next tune

I have downloaded realplayer to a new PC have selected "shuffle on" but realplayer will only play one tune and then stop. The "pause" symbol stays on as if a tune was currently playing. I want the system to play random tunes from my playlist without stopping

  Shuffle works only for audio files. Can you please confirm that the issue is with your music files and not videos?
