unable to download

i've been having trouble downloading videos from youtube.the download starts and it gets to a certain point and it stops and reads unable to download.I'm using windiows 10 home,I disabled the firewall and the antivirus but it still reads the same thing.What can I do to get it to work again?

  Dont Disable your Firewall!

  Go into Firewall Settings, GIVE Real Downloader PERMISSION, or is it Real Player, that needs permission to access the internet.

  Allow it permission, and reenable your Firewall!!!!! Then make sure your Router has been reset and freshly reset, Unplug, and plug it back in in 2 mins.

  ThenRestart your PC, and try again. It could be your connection to internet. Try that.

  In addition to the excellent instructions provided by one of our RealPlayer user, can you let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?
