RealPlayer Plus has been removed from my order
I created a RealPlayer account only around 20 minutes ago, I hadn't used realPlayer for years. I purchased RealPlayer Plus and although I had the confirmation e-mail, when I went back into my RealPlayer account it was telling me RealPlayer Plus had been removed from my order because I already had the software - I hadn't got the software before.

We see you made the purchase today only. You don't have to purchase again. All you will need to do is sign into RealPlayer with your gmail address and you will be able to use Plus features.

If you are signed in with the email associated with your RealPlayer Plus, you should see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer? This star (*) indicates that your Plus features are enabled. We removed the word "Plus" many versions ago. Can you please let us know what Plus features are not working?
