I paid for the full version of Real Player, but I do not get it.  Even the so called free version does not work unless I re-install it before I want to use it.  It never used to be like this.  What happened?

  We see you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express v.20. Are you having issues downloading videos?

  As explained above. Yes!  Dropdown downloader (blue dropdown tab) does not appear unless I re-download the basic version of Real Player. I do not mean occasionally, but every time I attempt to download videos.  It has not worked properly for at least a year.  I have tried to contact you several times but until now without any luck.  Being able to talk to a real person would go a long way towards improving your public relations.
