Not able to sign into Real Player V-22.0.0321 after latest update from microsoft

  Can you please let us know what happens when you sign in? Are you seeing any error messages?

  When I try to sign into desk app, this is what appears:

  

  Should I delete program and re-install?

  No answer from help.   So I deleted Real Player and then installed program.  Right now am able to sign into the program.  Should've did what I thought about doing before asking question.
