I gave up trying to get an answer and solve the issue. Support kept asking for screenshots which I did yet they repeatedly replied that they didn't get. In the end, I refuse to waste any more money...

Download from the link you provided above, the realplayer 20/20 version and I have signed in and still shows that I'm on the 'free' version.
