3. I am trying to number of times to download videos but always saying "unable to download". I can see this video download up to last. then appear this message. Please help me to overcome this problem.

check to see if any upgrades available. if so, allow to make changes and add latest upgrades. after upgrades have been added restart your computer. sometimes that's all it takes.
