3. Real Player starts YouTube download, then freezes the download

Clean reinstall via Windows uninstall.  Deleted all folders. RP still freezes on YouTube - 5 to 12 Mbps or less Freezes on UltraFreezes on 1080pFreezes on 480p This has been going on for four days
