I got the new version but still can't download from youtube

I'm thinking maybe youtube because I never had a problem until now

I was able to download on youtube then last week it stopped and every video says it

I have the same problem. Can't download from youtube but other sites I can

I can download from other places but youtube. I tried different ones too with same issue
