Everytime i go to download the download box at the screen say that it will download but what it download is the trailer of the movie and not the movie

 I do not know what to do about this and i hope you can tell me what is neccsary. Have when through the process to burn dvd and just as it is finishing up it stops and tell me"unknown error 2131042...
