I got the same problem- it don't want to work. I think that i will delete this player.

3. Real Downloader started giving "No Videos To Download On This Page" Message

Simple--since Real Player does not give a dam--delete it from your computer and go and find another video down loader...

3. The uselessness of Real Player--it doesn't downloadm on Fire Fox-it doesn't download from Microfoft edge

Get rid of Real---I'm sure that there is something out there that works....
