Well everything worked for a few days, currently down loader is hit and miss. My video library has doubled and tripled thumbnails and for extra measure has photo files mixed in within video library...

Mine came back on this afternoon. Did the update earlier. Guess the downloader has been coming on in different regions, let’s hope it lasts. Good luck everyone. Thanks ReaPlayer for listening.

I followed update instructions and it did not fix the download issue. I agree with Mr. MCFARLAND this does affect download abilities across the board. Guess I’ll be happy with videos in my library ...

Seems we are all out in the cold, heck I don't even have any download button up on the top of the screen anymore or the energy and hours to find out how. Looks like a perfect time to downgrade plan.
