I have RealPlayer Plus. I see there is some type of on-going problem with downloading. Any idea's on how much longer? It has been 2 days now.

Verticle lines playing a d/l file
Hoping someone can help me. I have REALPLAYER PLUS. After a recent upgrade, whenever I download a file, and try to play it, it has vertical lines, much like an old TV. How can I fix this?
