Videos are green!
I download videos and they play great. But the next day or later they play green and are unwatchable!

DVD burner compatibility
MY disk drive went out on my computer so I bought and external drive, Verbatim Mod. DHAA - 98938. It doesn't seem to be one of the compatible burners. What else can I do to burn videos/DVD's
