I did that 3 times now. I am starting to get very frustrated with the customer service here. My computer says they are in the cloud. Can I not retrieve any stuff off my computer with a premium plan?

My computer shows my pics and videos are in the cloud. I have one of the premium plans, but cannot view any of my cloud items on my phone.

I cannot edit photos on my android.
The pencil icon to edit photos is no longer there. A blue box that says share is where the edit icon used to be so I cannot edit photos on my abdroid.
