 After a recent update to RealPlayer, I was once again able to use the free RealPlayer to download YouTube videos in Chrome. I had been able to do this briefly in the but the icon stopped appearing. Once again after downloading about 5 videos, the icon stopped appearing.

I closed and reopened RealPlayer but icon never reappeared. Today, I purchased the $40 RealPlayer Plus but after my system was upgraded I still got no icons. I checked RealPlayer updates and did some minor ones which didn't seem to apply but no luck. I logged out from Chrome and then shut down  & then restarted PC but still nothing.

If I can't download Videos with RealPlayer, then I don't want the Plus and will be taking advantage of your 30 day money back guarantee to get my money refunded.

  To resolve this issue, uninstall RealPlayer completely and then reinstall it by following these steps: Uninstall and reinstall RealPlayer on Windows

  Once done, if you're still not seeing Download This Video, please consult: Using Download This Video in Google Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
