We have recently discontinued Cloud storage space for our free plan, effective Feb. 28, 2017. We have been sending a series of emails (beginning Jan. 31) to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content or take advantage of a special discount on a paid plan that provides more storage space.
I have checked your account and confirmed that you are not currently using any Cloud storage, so you do not need to download anything using the tool referenced in our email.
We sent this email to everyone with a free plan, both to notify them of the upcoming change and to offer a limited-time discount on a paid version in case they are interested in upgrading.
If you are not interested in taking advantage of our upgrade offer, you may disregard this email.
