Trouble to download

I can not download (play) from Red hot jazz archiv. Error messages ha no permission to get update plug-in. What´s wrong?

Where can I enclose screen dumps???

  Thanks for the screen shots.

  It seems RealPlayer did not install properly for some reason.

  Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Download and run the following MS Fix it program to fully uninstall RealPlayer and all its folders:

  https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed

  2. Once everything is uninstalled, restart your PC.

  3. Finally, follow the steps from this article to install RealPlayer in Safe Mode: https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/231760587

  I'm sorry to hear that the issue still persists. 
  
  I'd advise you to install the K-Lite codec pack if you haven't already installed it on your computer. Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the this link: http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm
  
  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the downloaded .ram files again.
