Upgrade Failed Credit Card charged
I purchased an upgrade to plus on 9/30/17. No upgrade has been done. Tried to resolve through reading your support pages but nothing helps including removing and reinstalling/ sign in. I want to resolve this ASAP. Please help otherwise refund.
