Real Player Plus Not working- Tried all remedies listed

I can not download videos from facebook, I used to be able to with no problems. Real player downloader keeps disappearing, I have to uninstall then reinstall constantly. I do not get any premium features I used to get- no burn feature available, download speed is limited to 10 mbsp I used to have unlimited speed.

I tried all the steps listed for real player plus 18 not working and it did nothing at all to correct this issue. 

I would appreciate your contacting me regarding this as I am unable to resolve the issue on my own.

  when I enter anything into the Real player search bar it always says  "no videos to download" this is not why I pay for plus

  Finally found a fix myself. Had to use the 

  "Installing RealPlayer v.18" file I found.  It appears I now have all my features back.

  I found it by searching google. It did not come up when searching the support page but that is where it is stored. 

  If you are having problems, try searching installing real player v.18 in support. maybe that will fix your issues too. Good Luck
