So, support personnel, prove to me that I could do the upgrade and have a stable product. Seems to me that Version .20 is not stable - it will not even let me sign in, let alone use the program. As I am from the Mid-West, all I can say is show me... And you are not the only game in town, so please, get in touch soon. Oh, and this is not a good sign: I wanted to edit my first post, but your site will not allow it! So, you are really going to have to show me that you can provide a stable product.
What is up with Real Player? Crashes continuously.
I have had to uninstall Real Player twice now, (Real Player 20/20) and I did a clean install, but now nothing works. It keeps crashing, or turning itself off, will not let me sign in or even see my library. I cannot keep it up on the screen longer than 5 or 6 seconds. The RealTimes desktop service runs, but not Real Player. I pay for my service - and this is unacceptable. There is absolutely no FAQ or articles related to this problem, so they are of no help to me, so please do not direct me there. I need a support technician to answer my questions or a refund. This is, to put it mildly, highly annoying. I have been a Real Player customer for 16 years, and this is the worse iteration of Real Player I have seen. Can anyone help?
