    Can you please let us know the following information:

    1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
    2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

    Please provide us with the version number you see there.

    Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

    All of a sudden and for no apparent reason, my RealPlayer downloading does not work.  I purchased the premium status a long time ago but it stopped working.  What do I do?

    I paid Premium price and can't download videos , works very slow just started all at once . Now can't through to anyone for help. I guess I just lossed 39.95

    Firstly, we see an active RealPlayer Plus v.2020 under edfunk785@gmail.com. Please follow these instructions to install the latest version of RealPlayer, please click this link.

    Once you have installed, you will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

    Once these are taken care of, if you still are not able to download videos, can you please let us know the following information:
