This error usually means one of the following.
- Bad installation of RealPlayer.
- Corrupted video file.
- Hardware failure with your DVD Drive
- Or, bad DVD disk
If the issue is related to the 2 reasons on top, you can follow these steps to resolve your issue.
- Re-install RealPlayer to fix the issue.
- Use RealConverter to convert the file to a different video format and then burn them to a DVD.
If the issue persists, you may have a hardware issue for which you may need to contact your PC manufacturer.
