Realplayer not download from youtube premium
Realplayer was working with the basic youtube, after I changed to Youtube Premium, realplayer will notdownload any more even with URL address.

How the hell do you contact customer support? There is no link I can find. I couldn't get realplayer to download anything so I paid yet again to get a newer version and I still cant download anything. Who do I talk to and HOW do I talk to them

We fixed this issue and updated our installer which is currently available in our website. Please download it and install RealPlayer.

I updated to realplayer 22 and nothing happens when I try to download from YouTube premium. When I am signed in Youtube Premium App. I see the drop down screen for downloading to replayer. First it can not find the video to be downloaded and it asks for the url to download. I copy the url address. Paste it the field provided by realplayer and it ends with Saying it can noy download the video.
Should I asked for a refund and does anyone know a phone number for the support teams??? That support page is for the birds....

God luck with trying to find a phone number. These faceless corporations don't want to talk to customers any more, it's too much hassle.

Could you please provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?
