All I ever get for awhile now is "Unable to download", even after just being a complete SUCKER and paying your "one time fee".  Fix it or give me my money back.

  We released our latest version of RealPlayer that fixes the Downloader issue. To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.

  Please note: Facebook and Twitter videos can't be downloaded as they have made major changes on their end which stopped the ability to download videos from their websites.

  There are tons of people experiencing this issue now, but I've been in contact with one of their employees and they keep giving me "solutions" that do absolutely nothing.  Total incompetence.  Someone did something and it shut the entire service down, clearly.  At least when it comes to YouTube.

  Man Paid the heck of money to get this option and bloody hell they dont even have an email support. Real Cheating.

  They finally fixed it.  Must've had a slight update to the "22" version, because I had already tried that and it didn't work at all.  It worked this time, finally.
