The same issue "fixed" in 2023 has reappeared. Using RP 22.0.5.310 download speeds max out around 50.

  Not sure what you are asking. The download is using RP Downloader. As for RP I never logoff.

  From your screenshot, it does look like the paid features are activated. Here is one more step we would like you to take.

  Can you please go to www.speedtest.net and let us know your internet's download and upload speeds?

  I have since learned that if you do not use one of the approved browsers, it will not work.  I was using Duck Duck Go and once I removed that, the player worked as usual.  The only thing I want to say about that is I have been using Duck Duck Go for over three years and never had a problem with it....now all of a sudden it causes problems with Real Player downloader.  So I'm not sure if Real Player Downloader update doesn't play will with Duck Duck Go or Duck Duck Go update doesn't play well with Real Player Downloader.  But as I said, once I removed DDG, it works fine.
