Downloader not working again

"The downloader is no longer detecting youtube videos (or any videos)for download. I have rebooted many times. I have real player 22 and the top subscription. Really frustrated at this point. " version 2023.10.13.0

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?

  As I stated above. Version version 2023.10.13.0. It will not download any video on any site I have tried Google Chrome, Edge browsers, I have rebooted numerous times. Uninstalled and reinstalled Real player downloader.

  I have since learned that if you do not use one of the approved browsers, it will not work.  I was using Duck Duck Go and once I removed that, the player worked as usual.  The only thing I want to say about that is I have been using Duck Duck Go for over three years and never had a problem with it....now all of a sudden it causes problems with Real Player downloader.  So I'm not sure if Real Player Downloader update doesn't play will with Duck Duck Go or Duck Duck Go update doesn't play well with Real Player Downloader.  But as I said, once I removed DDG, it works fine.
