Problem with downloading
I can't download anything at all. When I click on "Download a video from a weblink" nothing appears. What is going on?

Have you tried reinstalling RealPlayer? What happens when you click the Downloader button to download videos instead of pasting the URL?

My Laptop failed on me. And I Purchased a new one,
I Reinstalled Real Player on my New Laptop but my files did not appear. What needs to be done to have the downloads, load onto my new Laptop ?
I have a lot of data saved in Real Player.

If the videos were stored locally in your old laptop, you will need to manually transfer them over to the new laptop. Just installing RealPlayer won't automatically import those videos over unless they were stored in RealCloud. RealPlayer Plus doesn't come with Cloud storage. Here are instructions to manually transfer files over.

That said, we see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 22. If you installed RealPlayer 24, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 24 as this is a different product with additional new features.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer 22, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
