Do not download Realplayer, if you have not done so so far. They mislead customers and get away with it. Find a better player, I know I need to after more than 10 years with Realplayer. I paid upfront the initial amount that stated the upgrade is free for life. Then, every two years or so, you either update the app and pay an additional cost (they say 50% off, of course), and you do - and then it happens again! This would be the THIRD time they are doing this! Forget it! Realplayer, you lie and mislead and NOT worth this! Stop charging me and saying this is a Life Time upgrade - it is not! If you choose a nessary update and warning pops up saying either pay for the update or go back to the free version! They will not let you keep what you already PAID FOR!!!!! Why are you taking away what I paid for? Someone should start a class action lawsuit. In 2022 I paid again and now if I don't pay I lose what I already paid for.
