you charged my credit card but i cannot download videos it keeps telling me to upgrade how may times do i have to pay. also your phone support tells me to press 0 for an operator but then when i do it tells me it's not valid choice.

I have a similar problem. Haven't burned any DVDs for a while, so paid £27.99 for the PLUS upgrade when prompted to do so. It eventually enabled the burn feature. But I load the MP4 files into the queue to burn, press the burn button ......and ZILCH!!!
I've trusted and used Realplayer for many years. But now my faith in it has been destroyed - and it looks like you can't even make contact with their customer support team to try to find a solution. :(0 -
I've also purchased the real player desktop app severl times over the years, and I also and reset back to having to pay for it again. They are advertising it as a ONE-TIME purchase, and I've purchased it at least 3 times by now...I HAVE THE RECIEPTS. What's going on here? Is this a SCAM!!!

I am having about the same problem.
I paid for lifetime subscription and with this new version I have lost the ability to download just the mp3 file.

We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 22. If you installed RealPlayer 24, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer 24 as this is a different product with additional new features.
If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 24 and install RealPlayer 22. You can install RealPlayer 22 by clicking this link.

If you are able to download this video, we also feel YouTube is blocking certain users from downloading their videos. As a workaround, you can contact your ISP and ask them to provide you with a new IP address. Once you get a new IP address from your ISP, YouTube will detect this new IP address and think that you are a new user and shouldn't block you.0
