    Our records indicate that you were never charged for the purchase. We sent you multiple emails requesting you to update your credit card on file. Failing to do so, cancelled your purchase.

    Hi,

    Just to inform you that I was using my subscription even one week back. Recently I reinstalled the pc, then this subscription not working for me even after login.

    You did purchase but were never charged. We tried to charge your credit card on file and we couldn't. Please check your credit card statement for that period and you would see that there were no charges from us. That said, you attempted to purchase RealPlayer 22 back then.

    Thank you for the replay. But i disagree with you. Really surprising, not credit card, I still remember that I used debit card , I will check my bank statement and will update you.
