  We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.

  Always get "no videos found at that address"  Have uninstalled and reinstalled real player several times, still unable to download videos.

  until this version 24 l had no problems,but now it not matter if its FB ,instagram tiktok  or what ever the only thing l can get is picture no video,a different box comes up asking url l not got a where to find that

  While we fixed Instagram, Facebook has made changes on their end. Our engineering team is looking into it. TikTok has no issues.
