DOWNLOADING VIDEOS
I see that you have fixed the problem with downloading videos. I did every step that was posted. Every time I try to download a video,it still says "unable to Download. I even turned the computer completely off. I also uninstall and reinstalled realplayer. what can I do .please help.

Can you please do the following and let us know the version of videodl.exe
1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)
2. Look for a file named videodl.exe and right click the file
3. Click the Details tab and let us know the Product version
Please note: If the version is not 2019.01.17, it means that the previously mentioned instructions or something didn't work right. Please confirm?

I DOWNLOADED THE 2019 VERSION AND I CAN ONLY DOWNlOAD ONE VIDEO. WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER VIDEO IT SAYS UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD. THIS IS FRUSTRATNG

That is RealPlayer's version. You will need to provide us with the version of videodl.exe. Here are the instructions once again.
1. Open C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer (Folder)
