Real Player Tech:
It appears that the reason for the problems I have is that a "crash" occurred with the RP app., so as a result, the library content does not appear, is that correct?
In other words:
IF the RealPlayer is in a "CRASH" status, library contents will not be shown?
And RealPlayer will not appear when clicking on the "R" logo in the download video dropdown, or by clicking View Library" in the Download screen?
Your reply would be most appreciated.
And, could an appointment be set for a tech to tie-in to my computer and make the corrections?
