  This has gone on long enough when will the issue be fixed with Downloader.

  The downloader issue started happening on 24th April, 2019. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.

  RealDownloader not working on three different browsers 

  by the look of these other posts you have been having this problem for nearly a year now, is there any chance of a solution to be found

  Allan,

  Please install the latest version of RealPlayer from www.real.com.

  The latest version has many bug fixes which includes the Downloader issue as well.

  We are aware of some changes made on websites like YouTube which has caused RealDownloader to not download videos.

  Our engineers are working on resolving this issue. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
