Files don't match

I have real player on two computers and they don't match content. Also Real Player plus does not show

  For RealPlayer Plus to show up, you will need to sign into RealPlayer on both computers. 

  Can you please describe what you mean by they don't match content?

  I have two computers authorized to one account Real player plus and the content is different. Also one does not show real player plus. I am signed in on both. The videos don't match. I payed for Real Player Plus and would like to talk with support on phone. Is that to much to ask?
