i can't download from any site i have tried to copy url and that still don't work so why don't you get on my computer and try to download a video and you will see what i'm talking about and i'm not talking about you tube either the other sites won't do it either i look forward to hearing back from you thank you and stay safe

  Can you please provide the URL (full website address) of the video you are unable to download? 

  We will test it in-house and let you know the outcome.

  I can NOT move the download window to my second monitor.

  Joseph,

  You should be able to simply drag and drop the Downloader window to your second monitor. We just tested it. Can you please let us know what happens when you try to move? Are you able to move other windows to your second monitor?

  I am closing this post as it is a very old one. Please create a new one and we can take it from there.
