I have tried everything and did not download videos again
Both my laptop and my Windows 10 tablet have stopped downloading videos again, although the tab to do so appears ... this time it was from the download of the Kaspersky antivirus, to whom I requested technical support, they even checked remote and tell me it's a RealPlayer glitch.
I had previously reported, at different times and years, having the same problem, without the antivirus being present, the strange thing is that the problem also occurs on my tablet that does not have any antivirus ... I have already tried everything, if you download the simulation video that RealPlayer has and some of FaceBook, but it is not an isolated situation ... please help. Thank you. Cheers

Can’t reach this page- Make sure the web address http://videos.real.com is correct
- Search for this site on Bing
- Refresh the page
- I spent $25 for the right to do so and they need to get it fixed

Clara,
Technology, as you know it is constantly and ever changing for the better.
That being said, YouTube and other websites are also constantly making changes to their websites by introducing newer technologies. Every time they make such changes and introduce newer technologies, it breaks our RealDownloader.
Our engineers have always been able to resolve these issues and as always, we have resolved the current downloader issue.
To resolve the downloader issue, please restart your computer and try again. If it still fails, can you please follow these steps and try again?
1. Open Internet Options from the search window.
2. Under General Tab, click Delete in Browsing History and follow prompts.
3. Close Internet Options.Once you are done resetting your Internet Options, please follow these steps:
1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
2. Close all Windows
3. Restart your PCNow try your video. If the issue persists, please let us know.

Dan,
While we have resolved the issue, please use a web browser instead of web videos tab to search and download videos.
Can you please do this and let us know if it helped? (These are slightly different steps from the previous)
1. Open Internet Options from the search window.
2. Under General Tab, click Settings in Browsing History and click View Files. (This will open a folder with a lot of files. Select all and delete them).
3. Close Internet Options by clicking Ok.
4. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
5. Close all Windows
6. Restart your PC0 -
It may be because the folks putting up the video want to keep it private (copyright) so you cannot download as they have made it "private." In order to access it so you can download it, you would need their pin number. What I do is video it (if it isn't too long) with my cell phone and it goes to my icloud account as well, so then I can access it there.
