WEIRD MESSAGE
I received the following message the last time I tried to burn a dvd. hat does it mean?
end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream
Thanks.

Usually an AC3 Error comes when the video is not compatible with RealPlayer burn. There are so many different kinds of codecs built into a video file that may sometimes not be compatible with our player or the burner software. A few months ago, we updated our RealPlayer to include a wide variety of such codecs but then as technology changes and improves each day, there can be situations that there are newer codecs built into video formats.
All of this said, please make sure you do the following:- Install the latest version of RealPlayer.
- Convert your MP4 video that you are burning (that shows the error) to either MP4 again or WMV using RealConverter.
- Burn the converted video and let me know if you still see the error message.
If the issue persists, please let us know.

Thanks for responding. It turns out that a clip was defective. As soon as it was removed, I was able to burn the dvd.
