    • Are the videos still stored in the same PC?
    • Did you change computers recently?

    I lost all my video library just recently. I tried 3 ways to repopulate the library (scan pc, select files, and drag & drop) and all of them failed.

    I have lost my videos.   They were there one day and gone the next.   what could have caused this?

    Real CS - Yes, of course the videos are on the same pc and i didn't change computers. The video library was full one day and empty the next. I've tried to "add to Real Player", copy and paste files in RP, and every other way to load files into the video library...NONE worked. My video library is STILL empty and will not show any files. The same is true for 'Recent Activity'...even immediately watching a video, Recent Activity is empty.

    this is what I thought.   I am going to check my old backup file and try to get most of them back.   The most recent will just have to be reloaded.  That for your comments.  I did not think I was the only one this has happened to.

    Bonjour ,depuis 6 mois je perds réguliérement la moitié de la musique dans ma bibliothéque ;je suis obligé de désinstaller realplayer et de le réinstaller ,alors toute ma musique est là .Je dois que le personnel de ce site ne s'occupe pas des problémes et cela fait 10 ans que je paie !

    Real CS--I downloaded and installed the update but I still cannot populate the video library. When I "scan disk" for files, Real Player goes through the motions, then it reports that the files are "already in the library" and adds none.
