Recurring Problem with RealPlayer CD Burning

 Had a problem last summer with the CD burner stopping, and received a new version that fixed the problem. 

 

It's back!

 

At this point, RealPlayer quits before it even begins writing, and Windows 8.1 steps in and notifies me that the program is unresponsive.

Please fix.
