when I share on Facebook it comes back invalid source

Since I have Real Times, I can't share on Facebook. The video is there but when I try to play it, it says it is Invalid.

  I suggest you to try sharing a different video to see what happens.

  
  If that doesn't work, try converting the video (https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204042073) to some other format and then try sharing.

   

  If none of the steps works, please share the link of the video.

  I tried to re-send those videos again and magically they both worked, thanks for the input.
