Real Player does not recognize disc in Burner nor am I able to sign in

I have gone online and checked with all similar post suggestions on how to:

1.  How to burn a CD when the player doesn't recognize a CDR in the disc drive

2.  How to sign in when it keeps saying "not able to connect with Real Times"

 

I have tried EVERYTHING which was suggested online and NOTHING has worked.  My monthly payment for premium services is useless.  I have paid for the past two months without any solutions from either the community nor RealNetworks.  I am considering to end my services if nothing can be fixed..
