Real Player popup

I am getting a fairly regular popup from Real Player that asks me to download something but when I try to find out what it is, I get nothing but the Real Player site.  If I click "no" it just comes up again in a little while.  My Real Player is working just fine.  Why is this happening?

  I'm getting the same thing about every 10 minutes while I'm logged on to IE or Firefox.
