Upgrading

I have the free version but I don't believe I have the cloud? How do I know if I have the cloud? Will I have to download the tool or should I do it to be safe because I don't want to loose access to the clips and movies that I have downloaded.Will upgrading prevent this? So what does this mean will I loose the real player downloader? I have had the the real player plus in the past.I liked that. What should I upgrade to? I'm going on vacation February 24  so I need to upgrade before I leave. How does the cloud work? That is the premium right. How much is that? What are the prices?
