could not down load complete video library, only down loaded 32 videos.

  I have checked your account and confirmed that you are not currently using any Cloud storage, so you do not need to download anything using the tool referenced in our email.

  However, when it reduced to 1 GB of cloud storage, the rest of the videos might get deleted.
