Real Player Plus

Hi there, I did join Realplayer Plus some years ago with a one off payment that was to allow me permanent use of all the Plus benefits. But I now find that I am unable to make use of the Plus features now, and being continually being advised that I should upgrade to Plus be able to use all the features that I was told that I should have full access to through my permanent subscription - why is this happening?
