This morning I downloaded the latest version of RealPlayer at your instigation. Since then I have been bombarded with ads and invitations from your company to expand my use of your app. If that does not stop at once I will uninstall all software I currently have from your company.

  I can understand that you are prompted to upgrade your plan (you see an ''upgrade'' pop-up, for example in the ''Web Videos'' section) -- Please note that this is an automatic advertisement and you can disregard it.
